Email JeromyJeromy is a Texas native, but grew up in the northwest corner of New Mexico. After graduating from Eastern New Mexico University, he pursued careers in the banking and insurance industries before following God's call into full-time ministry. Since that time, he has developed a passion to minister with excellence - using Colossians 3:23-24 as a foundation for that belief.
He has had the privelge of learning under a number of godly mentors, including Dr. Bob Pearle of Birchman Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas; Rev. Jeff Petillo of First Baptist Church, Hugo, Oklahoma; Rev. Garry Schwalk of First Baptist Church, Ruidoso, New Mexico; and currently with ISBC's Senior Pastor, Rev. Scott Morie. As Jeromy understands the importance of the investment these men have made in his life, he strives to invest in the lives of others - encouraging them to develop a passion to serve Christ with all their heart.
He has been very blessed with a rich Christian family heritage. His mother and father raised him in a Christian home, and his grandfather was actually the one who led him to know Christ as his personal Savior in the summer of 1977 at Hesperus Baptist Camp in Hesperus, Colorado. He has a number of family members currently serving in the ministry, and enjoys thinking about the Christian legacy that they and the others in his family will leave for the generations to come.
Jeromy is currently pursuing his MDiv degree. His hobbies include graphic design, video production & editing, and commercial airline photography. He currently keeps the Muskogee Turnpike and I-40 hot between Broken Arrow and Memphis, Tennessee as he tries to see his girlfriend, Amy there as much as possible.

A.J. enjoys the quote, “If you want to make God laugh, tell him your plans.” When A.J. was first called to ISBC, November of 2009, it was to lead worship. God was quick to show A.J. that he was meant to be in youth ministry, not music ministry. His primary focus for the Youth is to build relationships with each other and to be disciples in their schools. There will be many activities for the Youth of ISBC, but most importantly, opportunities to serve Christ and grow their relationship with him.
